Cyber Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead our cybersecurity efforts in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our organization's computer systems and networks from cyber threats, ensuring compliance with security regulations, and fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the organization's information security.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security measures.
• Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to security incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security compliance and risk management.
• Provide training and awareness programs to staff on security best practices and protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technology solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and risk management practices.
• Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
