Job Description
Role Overview
נWe are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Expert who will drive end-to-end cybersecurity engagement, including pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, sales support, implementation oversight, and post-sales customer success.
נThe role requires strong expertise in enterprise cybersecurity technologies, OEM security platforms, and security architecture, along with the ability to work closely with sales teams, OEM partners, and enterprise customers.
נThe candidate will play a key role in positioning, designing, implementing, and supporting cybersecurity solutions across Orbit Techsol's customers.
Key Responsibilities
Cyber Security Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
oEngage with customers to understand security posture, risks, and compliance requirements.
oDesign end-to-end cybersecurity architectures and solution proposals.
oConduct technical presentations, product demos, and workshops for customers.
oSupport RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and technical documentation.
oPrepare Bill of Materials (BoM), solution architecture diagrams, and sizing.
Sales Enablement & Business Development
oWork closely with enterprise sales teams to identify and qualify cybersecurity opportunities.
oParticipate in customer meetings, CXO discussions, and solution positioning.
oSupport proposal creation, commercial discussions, and deal closure.
oDevelop cybersecurity go-to-market strategies with OEM partners.
oIdentify new revenue opportunities across verticals such as PSU, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Telecom.
Implementation & Project Support (Post-Sales)
oSupport deployment and implementation of cybersecurity solutions at customer environments.
oCoordinate with implementation engineers, OEM technical teams, and project managers.
oProvide technical guidance during installation, configuration, and integration.
oEnsure successful POC-to-production transitions.
oAssist in integration with existing infrastructure such as AD, cloud platforms, SIEM, and network devices.
Post-Sales Customer Success & Support
oAct as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to key customers.
oProvide technical support and troubleshooting guidance.
oConduct health checks, optimization reviews, and security posture assessments.
oAssist customers with security upgrades, expansion, and architecture improvements.
oSupport SOC teams, incident response, and security monitoring discussions.
oEnsure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
OEM & Partner Management
oWork with leading OEMs such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, SentinelOne, Trellix, Zscaler, CrowdStrike etc.
oMaintain strong relationships with OEM technical teams.
oParticipate in partner enablement programs and certifications.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
oTrack emerging trends in AI security, cloud security, and zero-trust architectures.
oIdentify new cybersecurity offerings and service opportunities.
oHelp develop Orbit Techsol cybersecurity practice capabilities.

oSolution design and technical proposal creation
