Position Overview

We are looking for a technically strong Engineer / Senior Engineer Cybersecurity (OT) to join our on-site team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for implementing

and supporting cybersecurity solutions in Operational Technology (OT) environments, including ICS/SCADA systems. This is a hands-on technical role with an emphasis on

solution design, deployment, and monitoring for critical infrastructure clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cybersecurity solutions tailored to OT environments, including industrial networks, SCADA systems, PLCs, and HMIs.
  • Conduct OT network assessments, threat modelling, and gap analysis for industrial control systems.
  • Deploy and configure OT-specific cybersecurity tools, including network segmentation, anomaly detection, asset visibility, and protocol analysis solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT, plant operations, and security teams to integrate OT and IT cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including architectures, risk assessments, compliance reports, and incident response procedures.
  • Support compliance and audit requirements for frameworks such as NCIIPC's CAF, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and sector-specific regulations.
  • Stay current with emerging OT threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
  • Assist in incident detection and response activities in OT environments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 4-8 years of direct OT security experience.
  • Familiarity with ICS/SCADA systems, PLC/DCS devices, MODBUS, DNP3, PROFINET, or other industrial protocols.

Hands-on experience with tools such as:

  • Nozomi Networks, Claroty, Dragos, Tenable.OT
  • Firewall/IPS configuration for OT (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet)
  • Asset inventory & network monitoring in OT
  • SIEM integration between IT & OT systems
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, segmentation (ISA/IEC 62443 zones & conduits), and industrial DMZs.

Relevant Certifications preferred:

  • GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
