Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services including SOC operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Manage Managed Security Services (MSS) engagements ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and operational excellence.
- Drive security governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives across client engagements.
- Oversee security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response coordination.
- Provide direction for security architecture, platforms, and technology implementations.
- Ensure alignment with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS controls.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, RFP responses, and effort estimation.
- Collaborate with client CISOs and enterprise stakeholders on security posture improvements.
- Lead cybersecurity delivery teams including analysts, engineers, and consultants.
- Track and report service delivery metrics, security risks, and improvement initiatives.
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in SOC operations, incident response, and threat detection
- Experience in IAM, cloud security, endpoint security, and vulnerability management
- Hands-on exposure to SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel
- Knowledge of security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS benchmarks
- Strong program delivery and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to support security solution design and pre-sales engagements
