About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant with 710 years of relevant experience to support clients in strengthening their enterprise security posture.In this role, you will develop security strategies, design secure architectures, and support implementation across cloud, identity, endpoint, data, and AI-driven environments. Experience working with diverse security tools isrequired, withhands-on exposure to Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Purview, considered a strong advantage.
WhatYou'llDo
- Develop and guideenterprise cybersecurity strategies and reference architectures, with a strong emphasis ondata protection, compliance, and governance.
- Design and implement security controls acrossIAM, endpoint, cloud, SOC, and data security environments.
- Lead Microsoft Security and Compliance implementations, including Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Information Protection acrossMicrosoft 365 workloads.
- Translate regulatory and business requirements intoenforceable technical controls within Microsoft ecosystems.
- LeadAI security initiatives, including protection of AI/ML-based systems and data used in AI workflows.
- Define and supportvulnerability management, risk governance, and compliance programs.
- Run security assessments, support remediation planning, and guide client decision-making at both technical and executive levels.
- Align security practices with standards and regulations such asISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DPDP, DORA, and similar frameworks.
- Deliverexecutivebriefings, workshops, and security reports.
- Mentor teammembersandcontribute to internal capability building.
WhatWe'reLooking For
- 7+ years of experiencein cybersecurity consulting or technical delivery.
- Strong experience across key cybersecurity domains, includingIAM, SOC operations, cloud security, endpoint protection, data protection/privacy, GRC, and AI security.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools and platforms, withpractical experience in Microsoft Security & Compliancetechnologies,particularly Microsoft Purview (data classification, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, and eDiscovery)considered a strong advantage.
- Experience insecuring AI environmentsor applyingAI-driven security methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability tolead client-facing discussions and workshops.
- Professional certifications such asCISSP, CISM, or equivalentare preferred but not mandatory.
