About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Technical Consultant (7+ years) to help clients strengthen their enterprise security posture. In this role, you will develop security strategies, design secure architectures, and support implementation across cloud, identity, endpoint, and AI-driven environments. Experience working with diverse security tools is required. Exposure to Microsoft security technologies is an added advantage.
What You'll Do
- Develop and guide enterprise cybersecurity strategies and reference architectures.
- Design and implement security controls across IAM, endpoint, cloud, and SOC environments.
- Lead AI security initiatives and support the protection of AI/ML-based systems.
- Define and support vulnerability management and risk governance programs.
- Run security assessments, support remediation planning, and guide client decisions.
- Align security practices with standards and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DPDP, DORA, etc.).
- Deliver executive briefings, workshops, and supporting documentation.
- Mentor team members and contribute to internal capability building.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or technical delivery.
- Strong experience across key cybersecurity domains, including IAM, SOC operations, cloud security, endpoint protection, data protection/privacy, GRC, and AI security.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools and platforms; practical exposure to Microsoft security technologies is an added advantage.
- Experience in securing AI environments or applying AI-driven security methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client-facing discussions.
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are preferred, not mandatory.
