About the Company:

Moss Adams and Baker Tilly announced a major strategic merger in early June 2025 now called Baker Tilly One India. This merger has created the sixthlargest advisory firm in the US, significantly expanding our industry specialization, geographic reach, and service capabilities across advisory, tax, and assurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client executives and management to understand their business, identify operational and financial risks, and ensure technology risks are effectively managed.
  • Develop deep knowledge of clients industries through direct interaction and by working on multiple aspects of engagements.
  • Provide independent, strategic insights into clients operations, systems, and risks, offering recommendations for process and business improvements.
  • Advise clients on implementing new processes and controls to mitigate key business and technology risks.
  • Assess and optimize IT risk across areas such as cybersecurity, IT strategy and governance, regulatory compliance, and business continuity.
  • Review and evaluate clients processes and controls against industry frameworks, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal audits, IT control assessments, and audits in areas including IT strategy, operations, cybersecurity, third-party risk, ITGC, application controls, and SOC reporting.
  • Draft executive summaries and comprehensive final reports, documenting engagement work in line with industry-standard audit methodologies.
  • Build strong client relationships, act as a trusted business advisor, and maintain effective communication to deliver superior client service.
  • Continuously develop technical and professional skills through learning, cross-training, networking, and participation in team activities that promote growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management/computer information systems, computer science, accounting information systems, computer engineering, industrial engineering, or related program
  • CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, or CPA certification(s) preferred
  • 1+ year(s) experience with IT audit or cybersecurity, previous experienced performing SOX and SOC audits preferred
  • Experience as a client serving professional for a consulting firm desired
  • Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, and time management skills
