Our team is looking for a Cyber Security Architect AI. In this role, you will be part of the Cyber security experts supporting ISO engagement with the different business units, markets and functions as well as the different leaders. Understanding their priorities and driving Information security solutions that can bring BUu2019s to better security maturity, enable growth and compliance within the business.

In this role, you will be part of the team leading initiatives that not only protect our digital assets but also drive business growth and resilience, mostly focusing on the AI challenges and tools. Youu2019ll oversee the design and deployment of security solutions across diverse business units, driving integration and alignment with our strategic goals.

Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with business unit leaders, IT, and engineering teams, embedding security into the very fabric of our operations. Youu2019ll take charge of managing the security posture of our third-party vendors, ensuring that every partnership meets our rigorous standards.

Beyond the technical scope, you will support the BE team to foster strong relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders, as well as the AI teams, ensuring our security team is acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Cyber expert to support business IS requirements. Understand their needs and translate them into effective cybersecurity solutions and risk mitigation strategies.

• Drive adoption of existing IS standard solutions or support with implementation of specific Cyber solutions aligning with enterprise architecture

• Work in close cooperation with the Business Engagement team to be close to the BU world and bring the added value of a security expert to the business.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and trust, building strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams to promote security as a business enabler.

• Be active member of high-performing teams, promoting continuous learning, ownership, and leadership across the cybersecurity organization.

• Stay ahead of emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory trends, proactively adapting strategies and solutions to maintain resilience.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication, influence, and decision-making skills, especially in high-stakes or ambiguous environments.

Within Group Security u2013 Information Security (GS-IS), the Business Engagement department comprises a team of experts focused on supporting the business and enterprise driving innovation, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the maturity of cybersecurity capabilities across the Philips landscape.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Pro-active, self-starter that can develop and execute plans and objectives

• Ability to resolve unique problems by collecting and interpreting information from multiple sources as needed to come to insightful solutions

• Collaborative attitude and ability to work in multi-disciplinary team across multiple time zones

• Bacheloru2019s degree in a relevant technical field.

• MBA or Masteru2019s in Cybersecurity/Software Engineering/Data/AI/Tech Management is preferred

• 10+ years total experience in information security/technology 5+ years in security architecture or equivalent advisory roles.

• 2+ years direct experience with AI/GenAI solutions (design, governance, security controls, or risk management).

• Strong knowledge of AI architectures (LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, agents/tooling), AI risks, and AI security controls across cloud and on-prem environments.

• Demonstrated ability to run secure design reviews and threat modeling, including AI specific abuse cases.

• Experience influencing business and technical leaders and driving adoption of enterprise standards.

• Experience assessing and managing third party security risk for AI and cloud services.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management fluency in English willingness to travel.

• Experience operationalizing AI governance and model risk management (model cards, testing, approvals, monitoring/drift, lineage) is preferred

• Understanding responsible AI principles and their security/data protection implications.

• Familiarity with NIS2 AI RMF, ISO/IEC 23894, u00A0GDPR ISO/IEC 42001, and OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.

• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/industrial) and with Zero Trust and modern data protection patterns for AI workloads.

• Fluency in English

• Is willing to travel

Certifications (at least one):

• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or a major cloud security certification (Azure AZ500, AWS Security Specialty, Google Cloud Security Engineer).

Certifications (additional):

• CSA CCGA (GenAI), Microsoft/Google/AWS AI certifications, recognized AI threat modeling/redteam coursework (e.g., MITRE ATLAS).

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
