Job Title : Cyber Security Analyst - GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
Department : Information Security / GRC
Reporting To : Manager/AVP - GRC
Role Objective : To support the Governance, Risk & Compliance team in implementing cyber security policies, risk assessments, and compliance activities as per SEBI, CERT-IN, NSE/BSE, and ISO 27001:2022 guidelines.
Key Responsibilities (Entry-Level)
- Assist in drafting and maintaining information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support in ISO 27001:2022 ISMS documentation and evidence collection.
- Help in conducting risk assessments and maintaining the risk register.
- Support regulatory compliance activities related to SEBI/CERT-IN/NSE/BSE circulars.
- Assist in preparing reports for internal/external audits.
- Coordinate with teams for closure of compliance gaps and audit observations.
- Help track and document cyber security incidents for regulatory reporting.
- Maintain repository of regulatory submissions, audit evidence, and compliance checklists.
Skills & Competencies (Beginner Level)
- Basic understanding of ISO 27001:2022 framework.
- Awareness of cyber security compliance (SEBI, CERT-IN, NSE, BSE).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) for documentation & reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Eager to learn risk assessment, vendor compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science / Cyber Security (preferred).
- Freshers or up to 1 year experience in GRC/Information Security.
- Certifications (added advantage, not mandatory): ISO 27001 Foundation, CompTIA Security+, or any basic cyber security course.
