To own & achieve Business Development, Account management & Sales targets for the assigned Govt and BFSI accounts. Develop new customer accounts, Own complete sales cycle including techno commercial prospecting. relationship management, lobbying, BD, bid preparation/ management & contract leading upto PO placement. Develop strategic and tactical BD & sales plans to achieve the sales target for the financial year. Develop new customers and consolidate existing ones. Proactively initiate, coordinate, and manage deals throughout the sales cycle. Create new customer relationships, manage relationships, generate demand for cybersecurity offerings, coordinate bids, handle submissions, and follow up to close deals. Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders for new business development. Track and monitor relevant markets, trends, and opportunities, working closely with the Sales Head to create a cohesive marketing and business development opportunities landscape Possess a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in end-to-end sales of Infrastructure solutions and services, with a demonstrated year-over-year sales achievement in the Government & BFSI sectors. Develop a comprehensive ecosystem of consultants, technical consultants, and OEMs to build a robust sales pipeline. Foster relationships with turnkey contractors for regular inquiries and tenders, establishing the organization as the preferred partner. Develop strategic and tactical BD & sales plans to achieve targeted sales and revenue goals. Expand the customer base and drive business growth among existing clients. Track and monitor relevant markets, trends, and opportunities, collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Practice, and Marketing teams to create a unified marketing and business development strategy. (Cyber& Physical Security Division) Exposure to Knowledge of Competencies Companies/Industry to be sourced from Industry and Companies to be mapped
• Domain knowledge - Managed Security Server
6-8 years Sales experience in Infrastructure Solutions & Services to Govt and BFSI customers Experienced and skilled in Highly developed organizational business development planning and management Large and Independent Account management with proven track record in BD and Hunting . Experience in managing & participating in large RF
•Should have good understanding of Govt and BFSI market
• Understanding Customers business requirements, existing engagements and conceptualizing solution mechanism to meet those requirements
• Presentations on Cyber security services and Solutions to the CXO of potential clients.
• Solicit and bring business from newer accounts
• Achieve planned Order Booking targets annually at defined Gross Margin Levels
• Should have a mechanism to generate leads and drive them to closure.
Experience in selling Cyber Security Services, Identity and Access Management, VAPT, Application Security Testing, Infra Security, Cloud Security, Network Security and Fraud, Risk Management domains & Data Centre Solutions
• Domain knowledge - Managed Security Services, Identity and Access Management, VAPT, Application Security Testing, Infra Security, Cloud Security, Network Security, Fraud and Risk Management domains & Data Centre Solutions.
• Business Acumen- Establishing relationships and sustaining credibility with executives
• Relationship Adeptness - Discerning and professionally capitalizing on political forces in an organization. Good regional connect with Accounts and their CIO for the region
