General Description Of Role

As a Cyber Business Services Specialist II, you will be a key operational partner to Aon's EMEA Cyber broking teams. You will own endtoend policy management for assigned brokers, manage complex data across multiple systems, and produce reporting that supports commercial decisions and client delivery in the Cyber insurance space.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of policy management for assigned cyber brokers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and ontime monthend completion.
  • Accurately document complex placements, in line with Aon standards and local requirements.
  • Manage and reconcile data across multiple broking and policy
  • Monitor and action key operational inboxes/queues to keep data and workflows current.
  • Use Excel to produce regular and adhoc reports and management information for brokers and Cyber leadership (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • For more advanced profiles, support or build enhanced reports/dashboards and leverage exposure to Power BI where applicable.
  • Support daytoday operation of broking technology platforms and portals, troubleshooting data and system issues.
  • Collaborate closely with brokers, account executives, and operations teams to design or refine policy managment approaches for new and complex programs.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and control for policy management processes.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders on billing, system, and data questions, providing solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Help coach and support Business Services Specialist I colleagues and new joiners on systems, processes, and best practices.

Skills/Competencies Required

  • 4-5+ years experience in a professional, datadriven environment (insurance/broking, finance, operations, or similar).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advance excel, conditional formulas); exposure to Power BI and databases is a plus.
  • Proven track record in highaccuracy data work and billing or policy administration across multiple systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently under time pressure.
  • Clear, professional communication with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
  • Interest in Cyber and motivation to deepen knowledge of cyber insurance products and metrics.
