Main Responsibilities

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will support the sales process by providing technical expertise and solutions to prospective clients in the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understand market positioning and solution value to support sales efforts.
  • Support Sales targets by providing Pre-Sales technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Sales Team with Sales plans, proposals, and tender responses (BoM, SoW, Diagrams).
  • Write Services proposals and Scope of Works.
  • Provide demonstrations, presentations, and consultation services to the Sales team and clients, including setting up demo systems.
  • Support marketing activities, events, and development of marketing collateral and datasheets.
  • Perform technical analysis, diagnosis, and problem-solving, aligning products/services with the client's business needs.
  • Enable delivery and sales capabilities within the partner ecosystem.
  • Manage Technical Account Management and maintain relationships with technical contacts in strategic accounts.
  • Support demand generation events, roadshows, and workshops.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and Intellectual Capital.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree with 5-10 years of experience in the contact center industry, including 5 years of enterprise Pre-Sales experience.
  • Certifications: Cisco CCVP, CCDP, CCDA, and Cisco CCIE certifications are desirable.
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud, WebExCC, and Amazon Connect.
  • Extensive technical knowledge and experience with voice deployments (6+ years in Telecom and Voice technology design, including BOM level).
  • Experience in designing and implementingCisco UCCE multi-site solutions, including call routing scripts for 500+ agents and integration with Cisco CCM (Call Manager/Unified Communications Manager).
  • Experience in designing and implementing Cisco CVP (Customer Voice Portal)VXML solutions.
  • Ability to map business needs to technology solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for developing client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical skills to work with clients and define appropriate solutions.
  • Highly developed documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate global business challenges into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the willingness to mentor others in technical and soft skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
