Eligibility: Final year result awaited candidates can apply (No active backlog)
Experience: 0.6month to 3 years (International Process experience preferred)
Shift: 247 rotational shifts
Week Off: 2 rotational week offs
Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for international voice, chat, and blended processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle global clients professionally in a 247 work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat interactions with international customers.
- Deliver accurate information and effective resolutions within defined timelines.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal systems (CRM).
- Ensure high-quality service and meet performance metrics for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and complex issue resolutions.
- Uphold company policies and maintain a professional demeanor during all interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Graduate in any discipline (No B.E / B.Tech).
- Final year result awaited candidates can apply (no active backlog).
- 04 years of experience in International Voice / Chat / Blended process.
- Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Good problem-solving skills and computer proficiency.
