Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customs Executive located in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, India. The Customs Executive will manage the clearance process for imports and exports for Dubai shipments, handle customs documentation, and ensure compliance with customs regulations. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients and customs authorities, ensuring accurate completion of customs documentation, and resolving any compliance issues promptly. The role requires a sharp attention to detail and the ability to deliver efficient customer service. Candidate must be ok to work in Dubai timings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with Customs Brokerage and the import-export process.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and authorities.
• Familiarity with export regulations, documentation, and procedures for international trade.
• Ability to handle complex compliance issues and prioritize tasks under strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for managing customs processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
