Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer service software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
