We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience and service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
