Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

* Resolve queries related to banking products & services

* Deliver excellent customer experience

* Meet quality and performance targets

Eligibility:

* Graduates / Undergraduates

* Minimum 1 year experience in Voice Process

* Excellent English communication skills

Salary & Benefits:
