Position: Customer Service Executive International Voice Process

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an international voice process. The role involves handling inbound calls from global customers and providing professional support by resolving their queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from international customers.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Document customer interactions and update records in the system.

Follow company policies, quality standards, and call handling procedures.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate freshers and HSC+6months experienced candidates can apply.

Excellent English communication skills required.

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Freshers should not have any pending KTs.

Candidates should not have any absconding history.

For some roles, a minimum of 6 months experience in customer service is preferred.

Salary:

Freshers: 24,000 25,000 in-hand

Experienced: Up to 35,000 in-hand (depending on experience)

Work Schedule:

5 days working with 2 rotational week offs.

Rotational / night shifts.
