Job Location:
Malad West, Mumbai (Above Decathlon, Palm Spring Center, New Link Road, Mindspace)
Role:
- Handling Outbound/Inbound/Sales processes for US clients.
- Interacting with customers via phone/email.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong target orientation and positive attitude.
- Age: Maximum 42 years.
- Qualification: Open to all (no specific education criteria).
Experience:
- Fresher / Experienced Both can apply.
Salary & Benefits:
- Gross Salary: 20,000 30,000 per month.

Shift Timings:
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM (IST)
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
- Saturday and Sunday fixed off (1st Saturday working for select processes).

Transportation Boundaries:
- Western Line: Churchgate to Virar
- Harbor Line: Kurla/Dadar only
