Customer Support (Voice Process)

What Youll Do:

• Perform data entry and conduct research using various systems and tracking tools.
• Use your knowledge of processes to identify, assess, and resolve issues during customer calls.
• Handle both standard and non-standard problems efficiently.
• Seek advice and escalate issues when tasks go beyond your scope.
• Provide excellent customer support by resolving issues with care and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
