Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients and customers.
  • Utilize CRM software to update and track customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience strategies.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of local languages and regional customer service norms.
