We are seeking a Customer Support Trainee to join our dynamic team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are looking to start their career in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers as required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fresh Engineering graduates/ diploma holders/ B Sc graduates may apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

- Persons residing in Noida or Bhiwadi will be preferred.
