Job Overview
As an Associate Customer Support Technician, you will provide world-class customer service while troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating complex problems to higher-level technicians. You will interact with customers through phone, chat, or email, helping them resolve issues related to our software products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide empathetic, efficient, and professional customer service
✔ Effectively communicate and simplify complex technical concepts for customers
✔ Utilize resources to gather details, perform research, and troubleshoot issues
✔ Work across multiple support channels: phone, email, and chat
✔ Accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues with our insurance software
✔ Adhere to departmental procedures and ensure all interactions are documented in the CRM system
✔ Continuously participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge
✔ Identify, escalate, and document complex problems for higher-level technicians
✔ Contribute to knowledge base articles and provide feedback on existing documentation
✔ Participate in product testing activities when required
✔ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering top-tier service
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Education: Associate degree or higher preferred
💼 Experience: Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles is preferred but not required
