About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Team Lead to manage fee collection operations and revenue data processes. This role involves ensuring timely fee realization, maintaining high data accuracy, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and providing day-to-day guidance to Revenue Operations Executives. The position is suitable for professionals ready to take on ownership and early leadership responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Fee Collection Management

  • Oversee end-to-end fee collection processes to ensure timely realization of monthly and term fees.
  • Track outstanding dues and ensure structured, professional follow-ups with parents.
  • Identify and escalate critical overdue cases to relevant stakeholders.

Team Coordination & Support

  • Guide and support Revenue Operations Executives in daily operations.
  • Review fee records, follow-up logs, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Act as a coordination point between Revenue Operations, Accounts, and Academic teams.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of fee and payment data in LMS/CRM systems.
  • Support payment reconciliation with finance records and flag discrepancies.
  • Prepare and validate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and collection reports.
  • Assist in analyzing collection trends and operational gaps.

Parent & Stakeholder Communication

  • Handle escalated parent queries related to fees, receipts, and payment issues.
  • Ensure consistent and professional communication standards across interactions.

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to data accuracy, confidentiality, and internal revenue processes.
  • Support process improvements and documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Fee Management, Finance Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Working knowledge of CRM/LMS systems.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, coordination, and data-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage operational responsibilities
