Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Customer Support Specialist. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, resolving technical concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional support for product-related queries. The role also involves engaging with customers to maintain high service standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall support experience.
