Location:
  • On-site (Kanpur, with occasional visits to client locations)
Experience Required: 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to leads to introduce products/services and schedule demonstrations.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for customer satisfaction and relationship nurturing.
  • Organize product demos and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records of customer interactions.
  • Travel to client sites for personalized support as needed.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive company image.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in customer support or sales roles, preferably involving phone and in-person interactions.
