Location:
- On-site (Kanpur, with occasional visits to client locations)
Experience Required: 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to leads to introduce products/services and schedule demonstrations.
- Conduct follow-up calls for customer satisfaction and relationship nurturing.
- Organize product demos and ensure seamless coordination.
- Maintain detailed CRM records of customer interactions.
- Travel to client sites for personalized support as needed.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a positive company image.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in customer support or sales roles, preferably involving phone and in-person interactions.
