Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Gurugram. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide technical support to clients, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. They will manage communication across various channels, analyze customer needs, and offer tailored support while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
