Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Work from home

Employment Type : 3 months Contractual
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shifts: Rotational shift (Including Rotational weekends and holidays)
Required : Laptop/Pc , Wifi, Inverter
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, or complaints.
- Ensure first contact resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately.
- Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity.
- Stay updated on product/process knowledge through regular training sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates an apply.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi or regional language, depending on process).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 5-day work week (2 weekly offs).
Preferred Skills:
- Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in BPO / customer service / voice process is a plus.
