Role Overview

The role involves handling queries via multiple communication channels,

and updating CRM systems while maintaining high standards of data security and professionalism.

Customer Interaction:

Handle global customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with accurate information.

Technical Support:

Troubleshoot technical issues following company protocols.

Professional Conduct:

Follow company rules on confidentiality and data security.

Attend trainings regularly.

Adapt to feedback and improve skills continuously.

Technical Knowledge Expected:

You should understand basic networking and telecommunication concepts, including:

  • Networking Basics: MAC address, IP address, DNS records, DHCP, OSI Model.
  • Email Protocols: SMTP, POP3.
  • Telephony: Hard phones, soft phones, VOIP, SIP.
  • Connectivity: Wi-Fi basics.
