Customer Support Executive – Travel Based UK Process

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Shift: 24×7 Rotational (UK Shifts)

Mode: Work from Office

CTC: Freshers - ₹4 LPA

Experienced - ₹ 4.32 LPA

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and queries from UK customers
  • Assist customers with booking issues, account queries, billing, and payment-related concerns
  • Resolve concerns related to reservations, refunds, cancellations, and service experience
  • Follow up on payment-related issues and provide resolution as per guidelines
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting defined KPIs

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate candidates from all domains are eligible
  • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
  • Comfortable working in UK night shifts and rotational schedules

Selection Process:

HR Interview → AMCAT Test → Operations Interview
