CAB Facility will be provided Only b/w 10pm to 5AM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, refunds & itinerary changes

- Provide accurate information on fares, baggage policies & travel guidelines

- Manage bookings via internal tools & CRM systems

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution within SLA

- Maintain accurate and updated customer records

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 6 months experience in International Chat / Voice / Travel Process

- Strong written communication skills

- Immediate joiners preferred

- Graduate freshers can also apply
