Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Support Executives to join our Voice Process team in Bangalore. The role involves handling customer interactions professionally while maintaining high service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
· Address and resolve customer queries effectively
· Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
· Maintain quality communication standards during interactions
· Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution
· Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
Work Details
· Working Days: 6 days a week
· Shift: Rotational shifts
· Weekly Off: Rotational weekly offs
Compensation & Benefits
· CTC: ₹20,000 per month
· Take Home Salary: ₹16,500 per month
· Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to ₹1,00,000 per annum
Eligibility Criteria
· Freshers and Undergraduate candidates can apply
· Good communication skills
· Willingness to work in rotational shifts
· Customer-oriented attitude
Language Requirement
Candidates should be proficient in any one of the following languages:
· Kannada
· Malayalam
· Tamil
· Telugu
Preferred Skills
· Basic computer knowledge
· Good listening and communication skills
· Ability to handle customers professionally
Leave Policy
No leave is applicable during the first 3 months of employment (probation period).
