Job Description: Customer Support Executive – Aviation Process

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Shift: 24×7 Rotational

Mode: Work from Office

Salary:

  • Freshers: ₹23,000 per month
  • Experienced: ₹26,000 per month

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails related to flight services
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and payments
  • Resolve queries related to ticketing, refunds and travel details
  • Ensure accurate processing of ticket payments and transaction support
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by following company guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate candidates from all domains are eligible
  • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights
