Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Email/Chat – Non Voice)

We are hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive (Email/Chat Process) for our Mohali location. This is a great opportunity for freshers as well as experienced candidates looking to build a career in the BPO industry.

Job Details:

1 Location: Mohali

2 Role: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice)

3 CTC: 3 – 4 LPA

4 Working Days: 5 days a week

5 Shifts: Rotational shifts & week offs

Key Responsibilities:

1 Handle customer queries through email and chat in a professional manner

2 Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions to customer concerns

3 Maintain high-quality standards in communication and service delivery

4 Ensure productivity and performance targets are consistently met

5 Follow company policies and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

1 Undergraduates & Graduates can apply

2 Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome

3 Good written and verbal communication skills

4 Basic computer knowledge
