This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Noida. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering positive relationships. The Customer Support Specialist will also analyze feedback to identify trends and provide solutions to improve customer experiences.

• Strong Customer Support and Technical Support skills for addressing and resolving client issues effectively
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Good Analytical Skills to evaluate feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Clear and professional communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in CRM or support software tools is a plus

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-centric or tech-driven company
