Job Description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a customer success Executive with strong communication skills to handle customer/business partner queries effectively. The role involves resolving doubts, providing information about business insurance and related services, and ensuring smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls to address customer queries.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about business insurance products (Health, Motor, Liability, etc.).

Handle queries related to policies, claims, renewals, and other business-related services.

Build trust and maintain strong client relationships through clear and effective communication.

Maintain call logs, update CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, claims, operations) for query resolution.

Meet daily calling and query-resolution targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)

Good listening ability with customer-centric approach.

Minimum 02 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).

Ability to explain complex information in a simple manner.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
