We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist for an on-site position located in Gurugram. The role involves daily interaction with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also offer technical support for customer concerns, collect feedback, and collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience.

• Technical Support knowledge and the ability to assist customers with product-related queries
• Solid Analytical Skills to identify issues, find solutions, and improve processes

• Proficiency in both verbal and written communication
• Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
