- Qualification: Bachelor's degree and above.
- Ready to work in international customer service process in 24x7 environment in rotational shifts (5 days working)
- Excellent command in English language, active listener, demonstrate empathy and good engagement through clear articulation skills in delivering services to customers
- Build expert, dynamic knowledge of the company's products and services
- Quick learners, resolves product or service problems by investigating the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, follow SOPs and delivery the best solution for the problem
- Demonstrate high degree of ownership, ensure customers are optimally serviced satisfaction
- 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role preferred
- Problem solving mindset, remain composed in touch situations and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to engage customers in chat, phone and offline communication
- Immediate joiner or max notice of 30 days preferred.
- Willing to work from office, Bangalore location.
