About the Job
- We are looking for an empathetic Customer Service Executive to be the primary point of contact for the creator and user community.
- Ensuring seamless interactions on the platform and resolving queries with speed and precision is the core focus.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and maintaining high standards of user satisfaction in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user and creator queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-app support.
- Resolve technical issues, payment queries, and booking disputes effectively.
- Guide new creators and users through the platform's features and onboarding process.
- Maintain a high first-response rate and ensure timely resolution of all support tickets.
- Document common issues and feedback to help the product team improve the platform.
- Coordinate with the internal tech and finance teams to track and resolve complex grievances.
- Proactively reach out to users to ensure a smooth experience during high-traffic events.
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in customer service, helpdesk, or a similar support role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Regional languages are a plus).
- Patience and a solution-oriented mindset to handle high-pressure situations.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and support ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in an in-office, team-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with the creator ecosystem.
