Job Description

Designation : Customer Support Specialist

Experience : 1- 3 Years

Budget: Upto 3.6 LPA

Mode : Work From Office (All Saturdays Work From Home)

Location : Ahmedabad (Sindhubhavan)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to customers using SaaS / ERP software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and chat
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional with customers
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (added advantage)
  • Functional understanding of Tally or other ERP systems
