Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls related to banking queries and customer support
Engage in active listening, clarify details, and provide accurate resolutions
Handle customer escalations politely and ensure customer satisfaction
Understand banking product details and give relevant information to callers
Maintain shift adherence and follow all process guidelines
Document call information accurately and follow quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+2 / Graduation Eligible
Freshers or experienced candidates in Telecalling/Customer Support
Excellent communication skills
