Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Customer Support role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Customer Support representative will be responsible for assisting customers, ensuring their satisfaction, offering technical support, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues effectively.

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout

Job Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM

Salary: Up to 3 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads related to gaming device rentals.
  • Provide technical support for gaming devices, including troubleshooting and setup assistance.
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for device deliveries and pickups.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of gaming devices (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox, PCs) is a plus.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in technical support or gaming-related roles. Freshers with strong gaming/technical skills are also welcome.
