Customer Support Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide world-class support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering solutions in a timely manner. You will manage customer interactions via various communication channels, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer records, analyzing user feedback, and identifying improvements to optimize customer experiences.

• Strong Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting
• Keen Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve customer-related issues
• Proficient communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions seamlessly and efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM or customer support tools is a plus
• Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field
