Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Chennai. The Customer Support Specialist will handle day-to-day customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction, address inquiries, and provide guidance. The individual will assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate them appropriately when necessary. This role entails leveraging interpersonal skills to manage client relationships, analyze feedback effectively, and improve support processes continually.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build and manage client relationships
  • Ability to provide Technical Support and address technical inquiries effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate feedback and improve customer service processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software or tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
