Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats during night shift hours
2. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system
5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when required
