Job Description

Skillbee is an international recruitment platform enabling global employers to do cross border hiring. Job title: CRM Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact between the company and customers.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates.

Maintain and update customer data in CRM software (e.g., Zoho).

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across customer databases.

Generate reports and dashboards for management insights.

Provide insights to sales team to improve targeting and engagement.

Plan and execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty, referral programs, etc.).

Working hours: 10:30am - 07:30pm (Work from Office role).

Working days: Mon - Sat (3rd Saturdays off).

Experience: Minimum 6 months.

Salary: 12,000 - 18,000 per month.

Location: Work from Office job
