Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurgaon at Skaya for a Customer Support Executive. You will be responsible for handling customer query calls after a traveler has booked a trip with Skaya.

  • Address post-booking queries related to itineraries, payments, and documentation
  • Support travelers with timelines and trip logistics
  • Ensure a smooth and reassuring customer experience
  • Build trust and contribute to customer retention
  • Resolve concerns effectively and proactively
  • Act as a key touchpoint to build trust and retain customers

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Technical Support to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-first mindset to build positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback, identify trends, and contribute to process improvements
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to handle diverse customer scenarios
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
  • Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Gurugram
  • Familiarity with travel industry processes or platforms is a plus
  • Experience: 12 years (Executive) and 4-5 years (Manager)
