This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Support/Sales Executive. The role includes assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction. The selected individual will actively engage with potential clients, handle sales inquiries, and maintain consistent communication. Responsibilities also include record-keeping, following up with leads, and offering solutions to enhance customer engagement.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management
• Experience with Sales Strategies, Lead Generation, and Effective Communication
• Technical skills in managing databases and CRM tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Indian cultural values and philosophy is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Kannada languages preferred
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle customer interactions professionally
