This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative based in New Delhi. The Customer Support Representative will engage with customers on a daily basis, providing assistance and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role requires effective communication and a commitment to resolving customer needs efficiently.
