Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experiences.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
1-5 years of experience in customer support or related field.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
